I have walked miles in soles worn down by toxic relationships, unhealthy coping skills, and self-doubt. My heels have sunk into the ground under the weight of anxiety and depression.

By my late 20s, I had:

  • Checked into rehabs including a wilderness program and eating disorder treatment center

  • Worked with several therapists under different models of care like CBT, DBT, and PET

  • Participated in recovery group meetings

Nonetheless, I remained stuck in an unsatisfying life. I knew I needed a new approach to trauma recovery.

I was tired of collecting conflicting diagnoses from practitioners, going back and forth with insurance companies, and facing power imbalance inside therapy sessions.

Something was missing.

I needed a compassionate set of eyes and ears to provide perspective on my reality.

Someone that could empathize with my trauma recovery and the challenges that come with obtaining mental health support.

Eventually, I learned about life coaching and believed in its effectiveness so much that I became a certified coach.

Today, I leverage my real-world experiences to help others achieve recovery goals and healing as the Founder of the Cycle Breakers Club LLC. I specialize in helping clients break harmful habits and cycles of generational trauma.
